Management Team
After several years of working in financial services, Ms. Beans recognized the need for improved fiscal responsibility among today’s youth, and in response created Allow Card of America, Inc. As CEO, Ms. Beans currently facilitates everything from the growth and development of the organization to the sales division and day-to-day responsibilities of individual state directors. She was instrumental in implementing the preliminary development of an Affinity Marketing Program (AMP), taking Allow Card nationwide. Ms. Beans is strongly dedicated to the success of the program. She is confident that Allow Card, with its Financial Literacy Lessons, will increase the financial knowledge and responsibility of today’s younger generation.
Tom W. Smith – Founder and Director of Marketing
Mr. Smith has more than 40 years of sales and management experience. He has worked in sales as the representative in the trenches as well as head of the departments in which his responsibilities included creating, training, and managing national sales teams. Products of his experience include insurance, real estate, and advertising/marketing. He worked as the General Manager of Provident One and RTG Inc., where his primary focus centered on acquiring merchant accounts for credit / debit card processing and ATM deployments. Through these experiences, he noticed the absence of a payment card for the Students to use. Thinking from the processing side he also could see the schools needed an economical way to get paid for lunches, activities, books, and a myriad of things school related. The Allowance Card for kids was the ideal product.
Michael J. Sinnwell, Jr. – Chief Technology Officer / Chief Information Officers
Mr. Sinnwell is a recognized industry expert with more than 17 years experience, including telecommunications, quality assurance, financial services, software development, and information technology. Mr. Sinnwell joined Allow Card after selling Sinnper, Inc., a company founded by Mr. Sinnwell to provide outsourced business services, including call center services, supply chain management, order fulfillment, networking, and security consulting. Mr. Sinnwell has conducted extensive training and provided consultations throughout the world in a variety of information technology areas. He is responsible for the Website Management and controls the total technology department at Allow Card. His innovative ideal and experience are putting the Allow Card production at the front of the industry. As new things are developed he is committed to keep ahead of the field.
Thomas F. Kelley - Secretary
Mr. Kelley is an attorney and businessman. He has substantial business and legal experience, especially in the areas of business formation, development & operations. His expertise also encompasses environmental and administrative law, regulatory compliance, intellectual property matters, drafting various transactional documents, facilities leasing, contracts, and aviation law. Mr. Kelley was VP and Gen. Counsel to an air ambulance/air charter operator, a $25M corp., where his strengths included business development, corporate transactions, operational and financial oversight, inter-governmental relations, environmental compliance, risk management, budgeting, and executive matters. He was a Board member & shareholder. Tom was in large part responsible for growing the company into a 13 aircraft fleet. For example, in year 2 over year 1 missions flown increased by 326%; year 3 by 213%; year 4 by 195%; and, year 5 increased by 160% over year 4. Mr. Kelley then became part-owner, President & Gen. Counsel to the Wrinkle Spray Corporation (WSC) specializing again in the areas of business formation, development & operation. WSC manufactures a travel and hospitality related composition that removes wrinkles and odors from garments/fabrics, among several other proprietary products.
Mr. Kelley attended the William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul, MN, receiving the degree of Juris Doctor. He is licensed in Arizona. Prior to law school Tom attended Hamline University in St. Paul, MN, receiving a B.A. degree in Biology. At Hamline, Tom received the prestigious Presidential Foundation Fellowship, a full academic scholarship and the Alsis Foundation Scholarship. Tom is a member of the State Bar of Arizona and the Maricopa County Bar Association. Tom is married to a very lovely woman, Laura, and has several wonderful children. On weekends you can find him playing bass guitar in the band Sneaky Pete.
