Parents

1. Sign UpYou must be a parent or guardian to enroll a teenager in the program.
There is no credit check necessary and your teen does not need a bank account, but we will need to collect some information from you in order to enroll your teen for a Allow Card Prepaid MasterCard. We must collect this information due to the USA PATRIOT Act *, which is a federal law requiring all financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person that opens an account.

2. Verify Bank Account We will divide your first load to the Allow Card Prepaid MasterCard into two random transactions and debit them from your checking account. Allow Card will then ask you to view your bank account online or contact your bank directly to determine the two random amounts. Once this step is completed, your account will be verified and you can proceed to load the Allow Card Prepaid MasterCard or order additional Allow Card Prepaid MasterCards.

3. Activate the Allow Card Prepaid MasterCard Your teen's Allow Card Prepaid MasterCard will arrive in about 10 days. Once you receive the Allow Card Prepaid MasterCard, you or your teen can activate the Allow Card Prepaid MasterCard by logging on to the Allow Card website or by calling the automated telephone system at 1-877-765-5698.

4. Earn Smart. Spent Smart. Use the Allow Card website to check your balance, track spending, load the Allow Card Prepaid MasterCard, set up custom alerts, and teach your teen to manage their money.
